This is the first Perfectly Norm-Al comic!!!!!!! The best part is that it's not even funny! WHEEEEEE!!!! This comic was inspired by my girlfriend Kathryn (aka Jeorge) who said I looked like a goth because I wore black and a black trenchcoat. The dialogue kinda came to me whilst I was working out how to do Allen's hair (which was harder than I had expected). Now I am not disputing that I may look like a goth, because my manner of dressing can lead to that conclusion, but I do not consider myself by any means to be of the Goth Culture. In fact, I try to avoid any and all sub-cultures alltogether. I have had to deal with such misconceptions even since I got my coat. Many a Chinese person has asked me if I was a goth at school. Notice another tie to the comic there? I found the Chinese Neighbour bit an ironic thing to say because most of my friends at school are of Asian descent. But this is because I was the ONLY non-asian person in my Computer Science class, lol. Come to think of it though, I really only KNOW one white person at my school, and I don't really talk to him much. Funny planet, eh? |
